You're interested,  great! What now? Below are the steps to buying your Boys' Toys storage condo.

Call us to arrange a tour so that you can pick a unit that works best for your car, boat, RV or motorbike. Or, just call us if you have any questions. Most buyers like to walk the site, check out a few units, do some measurements and bring measurements of their "toys". ;-)

write an offer

Write an offer to purchase for your unit that outlines the terms under which you're ready to buy. We'll guide you through this. Once the offer is accepted you and your team can review the due diligence package, which includes completed condo documents including budgets, bylaws, reports and agreements. We're also able to help you through the due diligence and closing process.

move in

You've satisfied your conditions, you've made your plans, you've paid for the property and you've received legal title. Congratulations! It's time to move in. Staring customizing the storage condo to your specifications. At this point you'll also receive a welcome package outlining the day-to-day operation of Boys' Toys.
